A tactical tabletop prototype built around taking and defending areas of the board.
View Game →A new home for games, apps, experiments, developer resources and the people still using one of the coolest tabletop gaming ideas ever made.
PlayTable was built around an idea that still feels futuristic: digital games played together around a real table.
This project is about exploring what can still be done with that hardware — preserving knowledge, creating compatible games and utilities, and giving owners a place to share what they discover.
It isn't an official revival. It's a community built around keeping interesting hardware useful.
Games, utilities, experiments and community-built projects organized in one place.

There are still PlayTables sitting in homes. This project exists to learn what they can still do, preserve useful information and hopefully create entirely new reasons to turn them on.
No promises. No official support. Just curious people building things.
